基础影像图制作
常用的遥感图像处理软件有：ERDAS、PCI、ENVI等。各软件的特点如下：
1.ERDAS：ERDAS是一款遥感图像处理系统软件。 它以其先进的图像处理技术，友好、灵活的用户界面和操作方式，面向广阔应用领域的产品模块，
服务于不同层次用户的模型开发工具以及高度的RS/GIS集成功能，为遥感及相关应用领域的用户提供了内容丰富而功能强大的图像处理工具，该软件功能强大，在该行业中占有一定市场份额。

遥感图像处理功能
1、遥感图像校正
遥感图像校正是指纠正变形的图像数据或低质量的图像数据，从而更加真实地反映其情景。图像校正主要包括辐射校正与几何校正两种。
2、遥感图像增强
遥感图像增强是通过增加图像中各某些特征在外观上的反差来提高图像的目视解译性能。主要包括对比度变换、空间滤波、彩色变换、图像运算和多光谱变换等。
图像校正是以消除伴随观测而产生的误差与畸变．使遥感观测数据更接近于真实值为主要目的的处理，而图像增强则把重点放在使分析者能从视觉上便于识别图像内容之上。
3、遥感图像镶嵌
遥感图像镶嵌是将两幅或多幅数字图像(它们有可能是在不同的摄影条件下获取的)拼接在一起，构成一幅更大范围的遥感图像。
4、遥感图像融合
遥感图像融合是将多源遥感数据在统一的地理坐标系中采用一定算法生成一组新的信息或合成图像的过程。遥感图像融合将多种遥感平台、多时相遥感数据之问以及遥感数据与非遥感数据之间的信息进行组合匹配、信息补充，融合后的数据更有利于综合分析。
5、遥感图像自动判读
遥感图像自动判读是根据遥感图像数据特征的差异和变化，通过计算机处理，自动输出地物目标的识别分类结果。它是计算机模式识另Ⅱ技术在遥感领域的具体应用，可提高从遥感数据中提取信息的速度与客观性。自动判读的方法主要包括监督分类法和非监督分类法。

TM有7个较窄的光谱段，光谱分辨率较高，针对性强，其中TM3（0.63～0.69μm），为可见光最佳波段，广泛用于地貌、岩性、土壤、植被等方面；TM4（0.76～0.90μm），对植物类型差异敏感，主要用于生物量调查，长势测定；TM5（1.55～1.75μm），反映含水量敏感，用于土壤湿度、植物含水量调查、水分状况研究；TM7（2.08～2.35μm），为地质学家追加的波段，区分主要岩石类型，岩石水热蚀变，探测与交代岩石有关的黏土矿物等，上述四个波段数字图像是地学分析中常用的信息源。研究区植被覆盖多变（低矮灌丛、高寒草甸及高寒荒漠），地貌类型复杂（低山丘陵、深切割高山、高海拔平原），第四系覆盖程度也有很大不同。须根据各调查区地质、地理、气候、植被等特点通过反复试验，选取合适的波段组合，以扩大应用效果。
由于陆地卫星成像时受传感器、遥感平台（卫星）和地球本身自转三方面因素影响，遥感图像在其成像过程中不可避免发生几何畸变，必须经过几何精校正才能保证工作精度，并同其他信息配准套合。根据本项目的工作精度要求，采用二元二次多项式待定系数法，其数学模型为：

式中，Ui、Vi为第i点的图像坐标（行列号）；
xi、yi为第i点对应的地面坐标；
an、bn，n＝0，1，2，…为多项式系数。
为了减少几何校正过程中重抽样产生的边缘信息损失和局部对比度降低，首先应用PCI（PCI GEOMATICA）或ENVI（The Environment for Visualizing Images）等图像处理软件对基础影像图各合成波段进行对比度扩展或频率滤波予处理，然后利用1∶10万地形图均匀选取地面控制点GCP（Ground Control Point），通过坐标转换函数，把各控制点从地理空间投影到图像空间，对各个波段进行几何精校正处理。校正的精度取决于所选地面控制点的精度、数量和分布，地面控制点的选取遵循如下原则：均匀分布在图像内；在图像上目标小、特征明显、易于识别、有精确的定位识别标志，如公路拐弯点、河流汊口、山地高程点、沟谷交汇处及一些微地貌特征点；在1∶10万地形图上平均每幅选取5～10个控制点。地面控制点选好后，再选择校正多项式进行计算，校正多项式的次数越高，精度也越高，但同时在远离控制点的地方变形也越大，本次工作的校正多项式选用三次。同时，还对地面控制点进行均方根误差检验，结果表明校正误差小于1个像元，校正后的图像完全能够满足成图精度要求。
由于本次工作的对象主要为控煤构造和含煤地层以及含煤地层所处的外围地质体，所以要适当增强岩石、土壤类型及相关信息的判别。TM图像共有7个波段，各波段辨别地物的能力和用途各不相同。TM3波段是土壤边界、地质体边界识别的最有利光谱区；TM4波段对地质构造边界及隐伏构造地质体的识别效果较好；TM7波段适用于地质填图和地质调查。综合考虑上述因素，结合研究区气候潮湿、植被繁茂等特点进行反复试验，最终选择TM4、7、3为最佳合成方案。
利用1∶20万和1∶5万地形图均匀选取地面控制点，应用PCI图像处理软件对ETM＋图像分别进行1∶20万和1∶5万几何精校正和图像数字镶嵌处理，处理误差不大于1个像元；其次，根据ETM＋图像各波段的应用特点和工作对象、区内地质体及地质构造的发育特征，选择易于目标识别的7、4、3最佳波段合成方案进行假彩色合成；再分别对ETM＋743合成图像进行地理注记等要素的复合处理，最终制成满足1∶20万和1∶5万调查工作精度和质量要求的ETM＋卫星遥感影像图（图2-1）。

在对ETM＋和SPOT2 图像分别进行1∶5万几何精校正和图像数字镶嵌处理的基础上，选择易于目标识别的最佳波段组合进行假彩色合成，ETM＋图像采用7、4、3波段合成方案，SPOT2选用全色波段；其次，对ETM＋743和SPOT2两种不同的影像数据进行融合处理（其空间分辨率为10m）；再对ETM＋743＋SPOT2融合图像进行地理注记等要素的复合处理，最终制成满足重点含煤区1∶5万调查工作精度和质量要求的ETM＋SPOT2卫星遥感影像图。
图像镶嵌时选择处于研究区中央的图像作为标准像幅，以后的镶嵌工作都以此图像作为基准进行，有利于控制整体图像的精度、色彩、色调等效果。例如，芒棒区132/43单幅图像不需要做镶嵌工作；中甸区选取的标准像幅景号为132/41，然后以标准像幅为中心，由中央向四周对132/40、131/41两景图像进行镶嵌；永胜区选取的标准像幅景号为131/41，然后对131/42幅图像进行镶嵌。祥云地区遥感影像图景号为131/42，昭通地区选取的遥感图像为130/40。镶嵌时在重叠区之外的像元保持原灰度值不变，重叠区内同名像元的灰度值进行加权平均，计算结果作为重叠区内像元的灰度值。在镶嵌过程中，即使对两幅图像进行了色调调整，但两幅图像接缝处的色调也不可能完全一致，为此还需对图像的重叠区进行色调的平滑，这样才能在镶嵌后的图像中无接缝存在。
为了使基础图像便于解译以及与常规资料进行对比分析，本次工作将地理坐标、文字注记、工作信息等内容制作成矢量格式与影像图进行套合，最后按1∶20万和1∶10万比例尺输出影像图。

In recent years, India has gone through some very big changes. More and more foreign companies are investing in the country. And more and more local companies are growing into world leaders. Indeed, India is quickly becoming one of the word’s biggest economies.。
Since 1994, India’s economy has grown at around 7% per year. In 2007, it was already the world’s 10 the largest. Many people think it will keep rising, to 3rd or 4th place within 20 years.。
India has several key advantages. First, it has a large and young population, so the country has no problem finding workers for all kinds of jobs. Second, India has a strong service sector. In the areas like software and communications, it’s getting stronger and stronger. Third, English is one of the country’s national languages. That’s a big help when doing business overseas.。
However, India is also dealing with many problems. About 20% of the people are poor. Plus, a lot needs to be done to improve education and healthcare. These problems are especially big in rural areas.。
