CFA 一级考试全是标准化试题，评分标准没什么好说的，现在说说CFA考试的通过标准，也就是常说的deadline。

一般有两种说法，第一种官方的说法是每次考试后取全球分数最高的200个考生或者前1%的考生，以他们成绩的平均数的70%为通过线。也就是说，考生只要拿到整张卷子接近70%的分数就可以保证通过考试了。当然这其中有个特例，就是Ethic部分。AIMR对职业道德标准部分的要求特别高，不仅在考试中是最难，最容易迷惑的部分，AIMR更是要求考生该部分不能Fail。(Fail一般指低于50%的正确率，下面会详谈。)如果Ethics部分Fail了，也不是一定就无法通过考试，但是考生也就必须在其他部分拿到更多的分数。也就是说，Ethics试题的权重比其他部分大，如果你的总成绩刚好在deadline上，而Ethics部分挂了，那么就有相当大的可能不通过，一定要小心。

第二种说法也称为80-60-40法，在国外的CFA论坛很流行。大家拿到的成绩单上，分数是一个矩阵形式，每科分为>70%,50%-70%和<50%三类，考生的得分就是三类之一。流行的说法是三类分别代表80，60，40。算一下矩阵的平均分，高于60就是通过，如果刚好是60，这时候就要看Ethics部分的成绩和运气了。这种算法据说在论坛上试验了上百个case，都没有失败过。例如今年我就看到一个哥们成绩是两个低，四个中，三个高，当然就过了。而另外一个朋友两个低，五个中，两个高，Ethics部分是低，总成绩就挂了。

不管怎么样，大家也许都能看出，Ethics相当重要，而总成绩70%是个坎，只要你能保证拿到这个分数，那么怎么计算都跟你没有关系。

那么70%真的很难吗?其实一点都不难。AIMR每年对试题进行保密，因为他们每年的重复率是极高的。这里不一定是指原题的重复率，而是指考点。大家知道，以Schweser study notes为例，里面涵盖了多达上千个考点，而每次考试涉及的大约是不到200个，对于一边工作一边准备的考生来说，掌握AIMR每次考试到底考了些什么考点是很重要的，这对复习起了事半功倍的作用。以2004年6月的CFA一级考试为例，经过总结，考试一共涉及考点173个，其中有一些是notes里面没有怎么提及而考试中反复出现的，例如var。在Ethics中涉及到一些以前在道德手册和notes中没有见过的语境，例如某分析师受命分析A公司股票，而该分析师刚刚向A公司递了简历希望能跳槽过去，简历还没有收到回音。问此时该分析师是否需要向上级汇报冲突，是否该在研究报告中体现出来?。

参加考试，就不能打无准备之仗，至少你要明白最接近的考试中AIMR到底都考了那些知识，更别提大量的重复了。

CFA考试通过标准是什么？

CFA评分标准:

考试成绩分为“Pass”或者“Fail”；CFA一级、二级成绩一般在考试结束后50天左右公布，CFA三级成绩在考试结束后的70天左右公布。

1、评分体系：CFA考试中会对各个科目单独评分，每个科目的成绩分为三档：<=50%、51%-70%、>70%。CFA协会会把考生各个科目成绩汇总做加权平均，从而评判考生是否能通过考试。

2、CFA协会官方尚没公布具体的通过标准，以下标准为根据历年考生的实际通过情况进行估算的：考生正确的答案数量>=全球成绩排名前1%的考生的平均正确答案数量的70%。

3、Ethics部分的影响：如果考生成绩在及格线边缘，那Ethics的成绩会对考生是否通过考试产生重要影响，如果考生Ethics的成绩很好的话，跟那些同等分数的考生相比会有更多的机会通过考试，所以考生应该更加重视这部分内容。

新的分科目成绩单中，各科目70%正确率为分数线（简称70%分数线，即黑色细实线）代替了全球低通过分数线（MPS），如果某科目得分高于70%分数线，表示你对该科目掌握非常熟练，也就是我们常说的A等级；

当然，如果某科目得分低于70%分数线，也不用担心，只能说明你该科目比较薄弱，协会没有设置单科分数线，也就是说表现比较好的科目和表现比较差的科目可以相互弥补，协会看的是你的总成绩。

新版本成绩我们每个人同样会收到一份传统的“成绩单”，如果没有通过，邮件下面便会给你一个成绩等级--“Your score band: 10” 。对于未通过的考生还会额外收到一份新版的“成绩单”。

CFA 每级考试都是选择题吗？合格标准是什么？
