provided that 与 providing that 用法详解

两者都相当于 if 或 on condition that，用于引出一个前提条件：

二、用法区别
从语法和语义角度看，provided that 比 providing that 更常见，也更正式。部分语言学家认为 providing that 稍显口语化，但在现代英语中两者差异极小，多数母语者视为同义。
